Sean joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 and specializes primarily in landlord representation (both sale and leasing) for office and retail clients. His expertise lies in finding a property’s true potential through a comprehensive evaluation, an effective strategy and appropriate marketing tactics to showcase a property’s top qualities and maximize its value. His objectives are to appeal to and secure the proper tenants while guiding clients through the leasing process.
As an emerging broker in Montreal, Sean offers a competitive edge with his strategic insight, a deep understanding of the current real estate market, and his keen negotiating skills.
Sean works exclusively with owners and landlords to provide strategic real estate solutions.
Sean works alongside Lloyd P. Cooper and Erik Langburt, the number one team for Cushman & Wakefield in Canada.
In a short time, Sean has been a part of many successful real estate transactions. His professionalism and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients have been fundamental to his success.
Sean obtained his Bachelors of Commerce from the John Molson School of Business in Marketing.
