ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Meggie is a commercial real estate broker for Cushman & Wakefield, based out of Montreal. Working alongside Lloyd Cooper, Montreal’s senior leading broker, Meggie is supporting a corporate occupier advisory practice as transaction manager, which includes leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. More than 150 transactions are overseen annually.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Meggie first joined C&W in 2018 as an executive assistant to Team Cooper. She quickly discovered a passion for commercial real estate which convinced her to acquire her brokerage license. Meggie has since been a key partner to Lloyd Cooper, and she is supporting key assignments, specializing in tenant representation.
Meggie will assist with your leasing needs by constantly analyzing the market and providing efficient real estate solutions that will benefit your business operations and financial goals.

Their team consistently ranks amongst the top 10 Canadian performers for Cushman & Wakefield and in 2020, Lloyd ranked #1 in the country and is part of Top 100 Broker for the Americas. Meggie was recognized as “Driven” for outstanding performance and team contribution in 2021 by Cushman & Wakefield’s CEO.
Meggie graduated in 2018 Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance major. Meggie also earned Dean’s Honor List from College of Business at San Francisco State University.
While in San Francisco, Meggie also completed a mentorship program with BOMA SF, which introduced her to Cushman & Wakefield.
She received her commercial real estate brokerage license from the OACIQ in March 2020.
