Sean began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 as a commercial real estate broker, delivering strategic, results-driven solutions for both landlords and tenants. He specializes in crafting customized strategies that attract and retain high-quality users while enhancing asset performance and market visibility. With a focus on elevating building identity through strategic marketing and positioning, Sean develops solutions that differentiate properties, generate demand, and support successful lease-up efforts.

 In addition to landlord representation, Sean has steadily built a robust tenant representation practice, advising clients across the Greater Montreal Area. By leveraging deep market intelligence and innovative strategies, he ensures his clients’ real estate decisions create lasting value in today’s competitive landscape.

 Sean works alongside Lloyd P. Cooper, the number one team for Cushman & Wakefield in Canada.
